Our firm's commercial division includes attorneys Douglas F. Spesia, James C. Byrne, Christian G. Spesia, Martin J. Shanahan, Jr., Gabriel G. Orenic and Michael S. Hopkins. Civil Trial Division
Senior partner E. Kent Ayers heads the civil trial division of the firm, working with attorneys John M. Spesia, Jeffrey S. Taylor, Mark A. Lichtenwalter, Michael R. Stiff and Tricia M. Pellegrini. Former Appellate Judge Kent Slater and former Associate Circuit Judge Thomas M. Ewert, former Chief of the Civil Division of the 12th Judicial Circuit, serve as valued counsel to the firm.
