The Estate Planning practice at Spesia, Ayers & Ardaugh covers a broad spectrum, including preparation and administration of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney for Health Care, Powers of Attorney for Property and Living Wills. An important part of our services is the preparation of Federal and Illinois estate tax returns and representation before the Internal Revenue Service in connection with any audits of the returns.

Individual estate planning consultations are provided to each and every client. Our emphasis is on implementing the goals of the client while achieving probate avoidance and estate tax savings.
