Jeffrey S. Taylor is a Partner with the firm and has resided in Will County for many years.  He graduated from Colorado State University, and received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1995, graduating Cum Laude.  Mr. Taylor's academic achievements in law school were acknowledged when he was inducted into The Order of John Marshall, an honors scholarship society.  During law school, Mr. Taylor was a member of the Moot Court Board, a member of the National Health Law Moot Court team and president of the Trial Advocacy and Litigation Association. 

Prior to joining Spesia, Ayers & Ardaugh, Mr. Taylor practiced at a large law firm in Chicago, where he represented multiple Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States in both Federal and State courts.  His experience spans a wide variety of areas, including catastrophic injury cases, employment matters, business and commercial litigation, regulatory disputes and regulatory compliance issues.

Mr. Taylor is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, and all Illinois state courts.  Mr. Taylor has received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell American Law Directory, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.  In 2007, Mr. Taylor was recognized as one of 40 Illinois attorneys under 40 to watch.
